Ward 8 by-election winner Rob Cooper filed his campaign financial statement shortly after 8:30 a.m. (Monday, November 24).
Fourteen of the 27 candidates have now filed returns, crossing the 50 per cent threshold.
There were 26 candidates on the election day ballot; one candidate registered and withdrew from the race. That candidate has submitted their required return.
The deadline for filing returns, or submitting a request for an extension, is December 5 at 2:00 p.m.
Any candidate who fails to file a return will be prohibited from running in the 2026 municipal election.
The candidates who have filed are: Ralph Agostino, Philip Bradshaw, Rob Cooper, Scott Cruickshank, Glenn Davies, Scott Duvall, Anthony Frisina, Frank Lenarduzzi, Michael Loomans, Michael Marson, Lohifa Acker Pogoson, Ray Polawski, Barry Quinn, Colleen Wicken.
