Selection Process

The competitive examination will be conducted through Computer Based Examination (CBE) of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions.

• Separate CBE for Matriculation, 10+2 and Graduation & above levels.
• Scheme: 100 questions (25 each from General Intelligence, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language).
• Duration: 60 Minutes (80 Minutes for scribes).
• Negative Marking: 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.
• Skill Tests (where prescribed) will be of qualifying nature.
• Document Verification by User Departments after CBE.

How to Apply

• Candidates must apply online only through the SSC website: https://ssc.gov.in or mySSC mobile app.
• Online application window: 13-04-2026 to 04-05-2026 (Up to 2300 Hrs.).
• Fee payment last date: 05-05-2026 (Up to 2300 Hrs.).
• Application Form Correction window: 11-05-2026 to 13-05-2026.
• Candidates can apply for more than one post separately.
• Upload scanned Photograph and Signature in prescribed format.
