Educational Qualification & Experience: Eligibility is post-specific and mentioned in detail in the official circular.

• Officers must be from Central/State Govt / UT / Recognized Research Institute / Autonomous Bodies / Statutory Bodies / PSUs.
• Must hold analogous posts on regular basis OR have specified years of regular service in the immediate lower Pay Level.
• Must possess the required Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering / Science / Law / Computer Applications with relevant experience in pollution control or related field (exact requirements given post-wise in the notification).

Age Limit: Maximum age limit for deputation shall be 56 years on the last date of receipt of applications.
