Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026): 21 to 40 years

  • Upper age relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST/OBC (U.P.) and other categories as per U.P. Government norms.
  • Persons with Disabilities (U.P.): 15 years relaxation.
  • Ex-Servicemen & Dependents of Freedom Fighters: As per U.P. Government rules.
  • No applicant above the maximum age (after relaxation) will be eligible.

GIMS Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

Selection will be done in the following stage:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT) – Objective Type (qualifying + merit)

Only shortlisted candidates on the basis of CBT merit will be considered for appointment. GIMS decision regarding eligibility & shortlisting shall be final.

CBT Exam Pattern (120 Minutes – Objective Type)

  • 80% questions from Core Subject (Theoretical)
  • 20% questions from General Awareness / Practical Knowledge
  • Negative Marking: 1/4 mark deducted for every wrong answer
  • CBT divided into 4 sections (candidates cannot go back to previous sections)
