Eligibility Criteria
- Range Forest Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Science of a recognised University with two or more of the following subjects, viz. (a) Mathematics (b) Physics (c) Chemistry (d) Botany (e) Zoology (f) Forestry (g) Agriculture.
- Platoon Commander (Male): Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination of a recognized University or equivalent.
- Round Forester: Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
- Police Constable (Male/Female): Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board or equivalent qualification.
- Police Constable (Armed Police): Secondary School Certificate Examination or equivalent qualification.
- Police Constable Driver (Grade-III): Secondary School Certificate Examination or equivalent qualification.
- Constable (Greaser): Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- Constable (Electrician): Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognised Board or equivalent.
- Forest Guard: Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
- Assistant Superintendent (Male): Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
- Warden (Male): Secondary School Certificate Examination or equivalent qualification.
- Matron (Female): Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- Lascar (Male): Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination.
- Escort (Female): Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board / Institution OR successfully completed the course conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute.
Age Limit
- Range Forest Officer: Not exceeding 45 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years)
- Platoon Commander (Male): Not exceeding 45 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years)
- Round Forester: Not exceeding 35 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years)
- Police Constable (Male/Female): Not exceeding 28 years (Relaxable for Government servants, Ex-Agniveers and Security Guards/Housekeeping Staff with minimum 3 years service up to 5 years)
- Police Constable (Armed Police): Not exceeding 28 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years and for Home Guards with minimum 3 years service up to 3 years)
- Police Constable Driver (Grade-III): Not exceeding 25 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years and for Home Guards with minimum 5 years service as driver up to 5 years)
- Constable (Greaser) & Constable (Electrician): Not exceeding 30 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years)
- Forest Guard: Not exceeding 35 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years)
- Assistant Superintendent (Male): Not exceeding 45 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years)
- Warden (Male): Not exceeding 30 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years)
- Matron (Female): Not exceeding 30 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years)
- Lascar (Male): Not exceeding 45 years (Relaxable for Government servants up to 5 years)

- Age Relaxation for Reserved Categories:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 years
