ICAR KVK Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria for the respective posts.
- Age Limit (as on closing date):
- Assistant: 20 – 30 years (should not exceed 30 years)
- Driver: 18 – 27 years (should not exceed 27 years)
- Skilled Supporting Staff: 18 – 25 years (should not exceed 25 years)
- Educational Qualification:
- Assistant: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Driver: Matriculation pass + valid and appropriate driving licence (candidate will have to pass the practical skill test).
- Skilled Supporting Staff: Matriculation or equivalent pass or ITI pass.
- Desirable (for Driver): One year trade certificate in relevant field from ITI or experience of driving in a recognized institution or experience of motor mechanic work.
- Relaxation in age: Allowed to SC/ST/OBC and PwD candidates as per Government of India guidelines.

- Assistant: Pay Level 6 – Rs. 35,400
- Driver: Pay Level 3 – Rs. 21,700
- Skilled Supporting Staff: Pay Level 1 – Rs. 18,000
