Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication or related field with first class or first division with GATE/NET or any other national level exam [OR] M.Tech./M.E./MS- in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Nanotechnology or related field with first class or first division [OR] M.Sc in Electronics/Physics with first class or first division with GATE/NET or any other national level exam.
Age Limit
- Age relaxation is provided as per the norms of ANRF, Govt of India.
Salary/ Stipend
- 1st & 2nd Year: ₹37,000 + 20% HRA per month
- 3rd Year: ₹42,000 + 20% HRA per month (upon successful assessment of previous work)
