IELTS Exam Pattern and Syllabus is the complete guide to the four-section test (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) that assesses English language proficiency for study, work, or migration abroad. The format remains unchanged for 2026, with the same structure for both IELTS Academic and General Training versions (differences only in Reading and Writing sections).

The IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is jointly managed by British Council, IDP, and Cambridge.
