The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the NDA 1 2026 Answer Key. Candidates who appeared for the National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (I), 2026 held on 12th April 2026 can now check and download the provisional answer key from the official website upsc.gov.in.

This recruitment drive aims to fill 394 vacancies. If you find any discrepancy in the answers, you can raise objections from 18th April 2026 to 22nd April 2026 (till 6:00 PM).

How to Raise Objection Against UPSC NDA 1 2026 Answer Key?

If you disagree with any answer in the provisional key, follow these steps:

  1. Visit upsc.gov.in and go to the objection link (activated from 18 April 2026)

  2. Log in using your credentials (if required)

  3. Select the question(s) you want to challenge

  4. Provide supporting documents/references (Question No., Set Code, Book Name, Author, Page No., etc.)

  5. Submit the representation before 22nd April 2026 (6:00 PM)

Important: Objections submitted after the deadline will NOT be considered. There is usually no fee for raising objections in UPSC exams.

How to Calculate Your Score Using UPSC NDA 1 Answer Key 2026?

 

Marking Scheme for NDA Exam:

  • Mathematics (300 Marks): +2.5 marks for each correct answer, -0.83 marks (1/3rd negative marking) for wrong answer

  • General Ability Test (GAT) (600 Marks): +4 marks for each correct answer, -1.33 marks (1/3rd negative marking) for wrong answer

  • Unattempted: 0 marks

Formula: Total Score = (Correct Answers × Marks per Question) – (Wrong Answers × Negative Marking)
